Hi, I’m Chef Ori, the chef behind VIVA Private Dining. I grew up between the U.S. and Israel, and my culinary journey has taken me through Miami, New York, Tel Aviv, Sydney, and now Austin.

I’ve worked as a sous chef and trained under Michelin-starred chefs, blending fine-dining technique with the vibrant, generous flavors I grew up around. My food is inspired by everywhere I’ve called home, but at its heart, it’s about bringing people together around a beautiful table and making every meal feel special.
