The Torah is our most precious item, sustaining the Jewish people throughout history. It tells us that every Jew, regardless of background or knowledge, has an equal share in the Torah.

We are Renewing the Sacred!

We have the opportunity to revive a precious Torah that was rescued from the Soviet Union and brought to Chabad of Austin at UT in 1983. The Torah's origins trace back to Russia, where it was written almost a century ago.

Thanks to the generosity of Freddy and Brynn Brick we have begun the rededicating process.

Let's come together to breathe new life into this exquisite piece of Jewish history and help it continue on its journey.

You have the chance to dedicate a Torah portion that holds significant personal value to you, such as one read during your Bar or Bat Mitzvah, or a special section within the Torah. Additionally, this is an exceptional occasion to honor someone dear to you by renewing a section in their name or in their memory.

A beautiful certificate will be provided to each donor.
